Adult
Strength &
Conditioning
(ASC)

For anyone wanting to learn the basics of strength and conditioning. Focus is on improving soft tissue quality and flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, improving full-body strength, and enhancing cardiovascular fitness. We also utilize myofascial release (foam rolling), dynamic and static stretching, warmups, functional strength training, and conditioning.

Sports Performance
Class (SPC)

For athletes of all sports. All SPC classes will be two part, 90 minute classes.  The first half of the class will be active warmups, stretching, linear and lateral speed work, quickness, plyometrics, and base strengthening (core).  The second half is devoted to the lifts!!! Explosive, powerful movements, including Olympic and Powerlifting, to help increase overall strength and conditioning. This is a high intensity class that focuses on speed, agility, explosive power, conditioning, injury reduction, and nutrition.

In Season Strength & Conditioning
(ISSC)

 

For those athletes that are still active in their respective sport. Focus is on maintaining strength, quickness, agility, flexibility, and injury reduction.

(SGPT)

Boot camp style circuit training tailored to men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Our focus is on improving soft tissue, quality and flexibility, building full body strength, and enhancing cardiovascular fitness.

We help individuals improve their fitness and physical performance by using an exercise prescription specifically to enhance performance in athletic competition. We help athletes with injury reduction and proper mechanics within their specific sport.

We assist individuals by assessing their usual dietary intake and identifying areas where changes are needed in their lifestyle.
